German WWII RAD Hewer Display Piece

A very attractive Second World War RAD display piece by Carl Julius Krebs of Solingen, complete with correct RAD acceptance stamp and additionally marked “Ges Gesch”. The main component shows only very light scuffing, consistent with careful handling. The stag grip plates are undamaged and well fitted.

The nickel plating to all areas of the hilt is fully intact and presents extremely well. The scabbard fittings are in excellent condition, with only slight thinning to the plating on the lower mount. The scabbard itself retains good original paint, with a few minor indentations to the lower mount. All fixing screws are present and secure. A fine example of this RAD pattern.
