Refund/Return Policy

At Regimentals, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. While we take great care in providing quality items, we understand that there may be occasions where you wish to return or cancel an order.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us at daniel@regimentals.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the process. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If you choose to cancel an order or request a refund, please be aware that Shopify applies a non-refundable transaction fee of 1.6% on all card payments. This fee cannot be recovered by us and will therefore be deducted from your refund amount.
