SERBIAN WWI SERBIAN ISSUED ADRIAN HELMET

Out of the huge series of Adrian helmets exported to other countries in WWI, the Serbian is possibly the rarest. Standard small size Adrian helmet retaining much of its original Serbian brown paint finish with its Serbian double-headed eagle badge to the front. Four indentations to the crown, which appear to be battle damage, with its original internal liner and two parts only of the aluminium serrated separators intact. Ink stamped size ‘56’ to the inner upper crown, with a chinstrap that appears original.
