RUSSIAN WWI ADRIAN HELMET

Excellent condition helmet still retaining all its Russian brown paint with its original Russian Coat of Arms front plate, all intact and fitted securely. Some small areas of paint loss, which have been exposed in our web images. Complete with original chinstrap, inner lining is in excellent condition with its original drawstring.  The helmet is upper medium size, possibly size 57. The Russian front plate is magnetic and totally original to the helmet, we mention this as many Russian helmet badges have been reproduced and added to standard Adrian helmets. Museum numbers ‘LAN 484’ painted in white are hidden to the inner bowl behind the leather liner, and the number ‘B2’ stamped into the leather in the forehead area of the liner.
