25 ½ inch single fuller blade, which has been cleaned. One minor chip towards the tip, otherwise excellent. The tang is signed on both sides, one side having 8 kanji characters, the opposite side having 2 kanji characters. And a Showa stamp at the base of the tang. Iron tsuba with 5 indented chrysanthemums. The grip is the standard officer's type, the skin is generally good, and a small area of the wrapping is missing. Complete with its hanging ring, its wooden scabbard having its very nice condition leather combat cover, of which both male and female closure studs are present and working correctly.
