A beautiful and ancient katana attributed to Hizen Tadakiyo, dating from the circa 1350–1450 period, fitted with later components likely from the 1700–1800s. The hilt features a blue wrap, complemented by a red wooden scabbard adorned with bird and flower fittings.
The expert documentation notes possible restoration work undertaken during the 20th century. The tsuba is a distinctive rectangular iron design with rounded corners. It measures a total length of 84.5 cm, with a cutting edge of 64 cm.
