A fine example of the War Service Cross 1st Class with Swords. Maker marked ‘1’ on the reverse, indicating manufacture by Deschler & Söhne, Munich. The award retains an excellent finish with light toning visible around the central swastika. Complete with its original case of issue, featuring a matt outline of the award to the exterior lid and a simple cardboard hinge. A very good example of this desirable decoration.
