GERMAN WWII WAFFEN SS BLURRED EDGE HELMET COVER

An ultra-rare version of the SS helmet cover in the blurred-edge camouflage. Reversible from Autumn to Spring, this is the 2nd pattern with foliage loops. All of the springs are intact and working correctly, with two of the rocker clips in late-war steel and one reverse rocker clip in aluminium with a steel frame around it, which does have some surface rust. On the spring side, an extra strip of plain tree camouflage from a separate bolt of material has been used to reinforce the front of the cover. There is no damage; all the springs are, as stated, working correctly. An extremely rare item.
