German WWII Tropical M.40 Combat Helmet

A well-used ET64 M.40 helmet in classic tropical finish. The crown shows a small section of loss, with some paint missing around the three liner retaining rivets and light overall rusting, consistent with age and service. The helmet is fitted with its original size 55 zinc-banded liner and drawstring. Faint traces of a painted name remain on the inner rear skirt, partially obscured by the tropical paint. A fine example of a tropical theatre M.40 helmet.
