An exceptional example of a Tipp & Co single high-winged bomber toy, model Heinkel 126. Produced during the Third Reich, these toys reflected the era’s propaganda and were made from tinplate, Elastolin, and other materials. This model has a wingspan of 38cm and retains all of its original paint and markings, including the swastika on both sides of the tail, untouched and original. The toy includes four of its original six bombs, though the pilot figure is missing; all other fittings remain intact. While a key to test the clockwork mechanism is not available, the propeller can be wound manually and operates fully. The overall condition strongly suggests that the mechanism is functional, though this is offered without guarantee. This is one of the finest examples we have seen in over 20 years.
