German WWII SS Cap Eagle – Silvered Zinc by Assmann

An original SS cap eagle manufactured in silvered zinc, marked ‘RZM 155/42’ to the reverse, indicating production by Assmann & Sohn. Originally fitted with three attachment pins, only the lower pin remains intact. There is light wear to the detailing, particularly to the breast of the eagle, consistent with service use.
