A fabulous example from our own collection of the pure white Allach rearing horse, model number 95, designed by Adolf Rohring. 28cm in height, this beautiful prancing horse was manufactured at the Allach works on the outskirts of the town of Dachau. The porcelain works were put together by Heinrich Himmler’s SS, concentrating the finest artisans in porcelain in one place and producing many beautiful pieces in military figurines and in animals. This piece perfis ect, no damage to the ears or any other part of the rearing horse. The figure of a rearing horse was produced by a other porcelain manufacturer of the period, when compared to the Allach example, there is absolutely no comparison in quality, style and impression.
