GERMAN WWII SA MODEL 33 DISPLAY PIECE - NEAR MINT

A superb condition blade with all cross-grain finish remaining. marked ‘RZM M7/36. The only markings to the blade are the runner marks from the scabbard's internal blade-retaining brass bands. Nice quality plated grip mounts with just a very minor area of loss of plating to the upper mount on the reverse side where it butts up to the beautiful wood grip, which is totally undamaged. The enamel inset is perfect, with slight dullness of colour to the national eagle. Fitted into its original painted scabbard, which retains every bit of its original brown paint. All of the plating on the upper and lower scabbard fittings is perfect, the screws unturned, with its original brown leather strap and sprung-loaded RZM-marked OLC-made belt clip. A superb example.
