A well-preserved example of a German WWII Reichsarbeitsdienst (RAD) presentation piece, featuring excellent detailing and strong period characteristics. The obverse displays the deeply etched motto Arbeit Adelt, with only light surface marks near the edge—indicative of careful handling. The reverse shows the RAD triangle with Ges. Gesch. and the maker's mark of Carl Julius Krebs, Solingen, along with the individual number 1137.

The hilt exhibits minor lifting to the plating, primarily on the upper edges, though the overall finish remains very presentable. The stag horn grips are undamaged, showing solid fit and attractive natural tone.

The scabbard is original to the piece and remains in very good condition, with most of the central paint finish still intact. The plated scabbard mounts show some lifting, mostly around the edges, though the majority of the original surface remains present and stable.
