German WWII Rare SS Arm Eagle

A highly scarce example of the Bevo-woven SS arm eagle, produced in a distinctive rust brown coloration identical to that seen on the smaller cap eagles used on the autumn side of SS camouflage caps. The weave remains crisp and well-executed, with minor staining to the right wingtip and some discoloration to the lower portion of the black background. This piece is cut from roll, as typical for field-applied insignia.

We strongly believe this example was intended for the arm of the SS Panzer camouflage wrap-over tunic, specifically those produced in the autumn camouflage pattern. A rarely encountered and highly desirable piece of SS insignia.
