German WWII Political Leader Kriegsleiter Armband

A well-worn and slightly moth-damaged full Kriegsleiter armband, featuring a basic red field. This piece has been removed from a tunic, with original stitches still visible and varying shades of color at each end where overlapping fabric was shielded from sunlight. Minor moth damage is present, as detailed in our web images.

The armband is adorned with 20mm wide gold bullion woven oak leaves at the centre, centered by a gold button featuring a swastika set within a multi-layered black, gold, and white disc swastika design. The edge is neatly finished with white piping.
