GERMAN WWII NSKK CHAINED OFFICERS DISPLAY PIECE

Excellent blade marked ‘RZM M7/2’. Superb cross-grain finish remaining. The hilt fittings are in good early nickel. Wood grip totally undamaged. High-quality national eagle and undamaged SA enamel inset. The scabbard has lost the majority of its black anodised finish. The fittings are in good nickel with an undamaged set of chains. Nicely RZM-marked and ‘NSKK Korpsfuhrung’. The reverse side of the scabbard appears to have been laid in dampness, as there is a reasonable amount of corrosion. The face side is good.
