GERMAN WWII NPEA OVERSEAS CAP

A highly unusual overseas cap, all in black with white corded edge, fitted with the overseas cap small size version of the M.29 eagle, fitted below is the white on black political cockade, identical to the cockade shown on page 90 of the Hitler Youth volume 2 by J.R.Angolia. The interior lining is in political brown with a medium-sized stamping ‘N.P.E.A.Dessau’ with date ‘1935’. Unfortunately, very little information is available for NPEA uniforms.
