German WWII Mothers Cross in Gold, Cased

A beautiful example with all gilt and enamels fully intact. A section of the original ribbon remains, still wrapped in its paper. The badge is presented in its original case, maker marked to the upper inside lid ‘Ziemer & Sohne, Oberstein’. The silk between the lid and base shows slight fraying, and the exterior of the case displays the gilded outline of the award along with minor scuffs.
