German WWII M18 Army Transitional Single Decal Combat Helmet

A size 64 M18 shell retaining virtually all of its original repainted finish, with only minor abrasions to the crown. The army decal remains clear and well-preserved. Paint has lifted from the liner retaining rivet heads. Helmet is re-fitted with an M40 liner system with zinc band, leather in good colour, ink stamped size 57, and complete with original drawstring. Fitted with an RB-numbered chinstrap, firm and strong though showing signs of wear.
