German WWII M.36 Combat Trousers

A very good set of German Army M.36 combat trousers in the standard straight-leg configuration. Features include two angled side pockets with button closures, a rear pocket with button closure, and a rear waist adjuster strap. Zeltbahn buttons are fitted to the waistband for the attachment of braces, which remain present with the trousers.

The interior cotton lining is clearly marked ‘ST42’, with faint manufacturer and size stampings, plus traces of a unit marking. No moth damage anywhere; the nap is thinned in places but overall the trousers remain in very good condition. Cut with long legs. Waistband measures 86cm.
