German WWII Luftwaffe Tropical Tunic

A medium-sized, medium-weight Luftwaffe tropical tan tunic, highly sought-after for its combat-used aesthetic. This example is in the standard configuration and shows overall signs of service use and staining, but importantly, displays no damage or repairs.

The tunic is fitted with shirt-quality tropical NCO slip-on shoulder boards, piped in yellow Waffenfarbe, which correctly denotes a member of a flying unit (Fliegertruppe). A correct pattern Luftwaffe tropical breast eagle is fitted, though we believe it has been re-applied to the tunic.

All buttons are the correct removable type, designed for ease of laundering in tropical climates. Loops for three awards are neatly sewn onto the upper right-hand breast pocket. The interior features good clear size stampings.
