German WWII Luftwaffe Tropical Enlisted Ranks Overseas Cap

A very nice example of a Luftwaffe tropical overseas cap in medium-weight, semi-grained material. The cap has naturally toned over time to a lighter shade, with the original darker colour still visible beneath the side curtains and inside the upper envelope.

Fitted with the small, grey machine-embroidered Luftwaffe eagle on a light tan grained background and the correct tropical cockade. Maker marked ‘Berolina 1941’ with a size stamp of ‘57’ to the interior. A fine example of a Luftwaffe tropical cap, rarely seen in this condition.
