German WWII Luftwaffe Single Decal M40 Combat Helmet

A solid example of a Luftwaffe M40 combat helmet, shell marked SE 62 with batch number 9810. The exterior retains nearly all of its original dark blue-grey combat finish, showing only minor abrasions from service wear. The Luftwaffe decal remains clearly visible, with light chipping but good definition throughout.

The interior is fitted with a complete leather liner, soft and supple, showing slight thinning to the forehead area consistent with age and use. The helmet is finished with an RB-numbered chinstrap, completing this honest and untouched example of a Luftwaffe combat helmet.
