German WWII Luftwaffe Second Pattern Officers Display Piece

A beautifully preserved example featuring a deep patinated finish and an attractive deep orange grip. The surface by Eickhorn of Solingen is virtually mint, with all grip wire intact. The upper pommel, cross guard, and scabbard retain a dark, even patina, with both scabbard rings complete and the grip free from chips. An excellent example of a Luftwaffe officers display piece with strong overall presence.
