German WWII Luftwaffe Reworked M35 Single Decal Combat Helmet

A fine example of a reissued Luftwaffe M35 combat helmet; this piece features a factory-refinished shell in the characteristic Luftwaffe blue-grey sand-textured paint. The Luftwaffe eagle decal remains clear and well-defined with only light abrasions; a rubber band is fitted around the base of the shell—typical of field modifications. The exterior finish remains excellent overall with only minor edge chipping.

The interior is stamped ‘SE 64’ indicating manufacture by Sächsische Emaillier und Stanzwerke; it retains its original 1940-dated and maker-marked chinstrap, M35 aluminium-banded liner, and an excellent condition leather liner showing light wear and original light tone. The drawstring remains in place; the original owner’s abbreviated rank and name are hand-applied to the liner. A well-preserved and authentic example of a Luftwaffe combat helmet with desirable reissue characteristics.
