A well service-used pair of Luftwaffe paratrooper trousers in the correct grey-green fabric, exclusively issued to airborne personnel. This example features all standard construction details, including two angled hip pockets with closure studs, a dedicated gravity tool opening on one leg, and an access slit on the other. Additional elements include a watch pocket, belt loops, and brace attachment points.
Multiple field repairs are visible, consistent with extensive operational use. Both rear pockets remain intact and button-secured. The cloth shows significant wear along the edges of the pocket flaps, with overall thinning to the nap. A small patch is present on the lower front right thigh, with a larger repair to the lower left knee. Faint traces of size markings are visible on the light cream lining of the waistband.
A highly characteristic and well-worn example, showing the practical realities of combat service.
