German WWII Luftwaffe Paratrooper Helmet

A very good E.T. 71 sized paratrooper helmet painted in a semi-tropical finish, likely used in North Africa or Southern Italy. Approximately 70% of the original tropical paint remains, with some losses to the crown. This is an early three-hole spanner bolt model. The interior liner is complete with a single slight tear between one of the stamped holes. Both shell and liner sizes are faintly visible, along with partial manufacturer markings. About one-third of the stitching joining the liner halves has been restored, while some original stitching shows age-related rot. The inner rubber cushion remains solid. Complete with its original chinstrap set, including both sliding male adjusters and the single female stud, all functioning correctly.
