GERMAN WWII LUFTWAFFE NCO OR MAN’S VISOR FLIGHT CAP

A size 57 issue quality Luftwaffe flight section visor cap, completely free of any moth damage, holes or tracking to the nap of the cloth. Standard mohair centre band, yellow Waffenfarbe. A matching set of Luftwaffe aluminium and zinc eagle and cockade, standard oval buckle chinstrap, and black side buttons. The peak is the classic Luftwaffe style with a double ribbed edge. To the interior, the light tan sweatband is complete, some wear is obvious in the forehead area. The interior lining is a combination of russet brown brushed cotton and a slightly lighter brushed cotton for the crown area; the central celluloid lozenge is missing.
