German WWII Luftwaffe NCO/Mans Flak Visor Cap

A very nice example of a Luftwaffe Flak visor cap for NCOs or enlisted men, constructed in standard fluffy enlisted ranks material, size 56. The cap is free from moth damage and fitted with a mohair centre band edged in red piping, denoting Flak artillery. It features a bright, matched set of droop-tail national eagle and cockade, double oval buckle strap, and an extra-ribbed visor typical of Luftwaffe caps. The interior retains its mid-tan leather sweatband with minor cracking and wear. Well marked inside “L/FLK.RGT.34” for Luftwaffe Flak Regiment 34, with the date “1937.” The centre celluloid lozenge is intact, showing a faint outline of a Third Reich period visor cap.
