German WWII Luftwaffe M35 Double or Single Decal Helmet

A fine example of a Luftwaffe M35, SE66 shell, finished in the distinctive Luftwaffe light blue. The helmet retains virtually all of its original paint, with minor losses only to the heads of the three liner retaining rivets. The Luftwaffe decal is pristine and untouched, while the national tricolour has been partially removed—likely in accordance with the 1940 regulations—making this a rare double or single decal example.

The interior features an ink-stamped size 59 M35 leather liner in excellent condition, soft and supple, with its original drawstring intact. Complete with a 1940-dated, maker-marked chinstrap.
