A superb quality prewar four-pocket tunic for a member of the flak regiment of the Hermann Goering Division. Good-sized tunic. No moth damage, excellent nap to the cloth.
The collar is piped in corded white. White semi-corded stitch in shoulder boards, white-based collar patches, red piped for flak artillery. Standard Luftwaffe enlisted man’s breast eagle fitted. To the lower right-hand sleeve of the tunic, a Herman Goering silver on blue cuff title is machine-stitched. Interior lining material in the standard Luftwaffe blue grey ribbed cotton. Profuse size markings and ‘LBA 39’ stamp with a maker’s stamp below. A very nice and attractive Hermann Goering unit tunic.
