German WWII Luftwaffe Cockpit Clock for Desk Display

An excellent example housed in its original wooden display casing, complete with both steadying bars on the base. When opened, the inner frame is marked Heeres Eigentum, maker coded cxn, numbered 8056, and dated 1944. The reverse of the movement is marked Acht Tage – 10 Steine (Eight Day – 10 Jewels). The clock face remains in perfect condition. Currently, the movement requires attention, and this has been reflected in the pricing.
