GERMAN WWII LUFTWAFFE BERGMUTZE

A very nice condition Luftwaffe bergmutze, standard enlisted man's cloth construction, no moth damage. Good nap to the cloth with its correct machine-embroidered silver on Luftwaffe blue-grey backing cloth, national cockade. Two pebbled silvered buttons to the front of the cap. Profusely stamped to the blue grey brown lining ‘DEUTSCHE SEKLEIDUNGS-WERKSTATTEN’ RB number and faint date ‘1943’ size ‘56’. Standard short peak, correct for a bergmutze.
