GERMAN WWII LUFTWAFFE AIR MINISTRY NCO CAP

A mid-size, possibly 55, visor cap with black piping for the Luftwaffe Reich Air Ministry. No moth present upon the blue cloth; standard NCO Luftwaffe eagle and cockade in place. Grey silk lining is stained, and the central celluloid lozenge has the red maker's mark of Schellenberg. A few stitch repairs reattaching the leather liner band. A good used example of a rare configuration cap.
