GERMAN WWII LAND CUSTOMS DISPLAY PIECE

A very nice condition Land Customs dagger, the blade with much cross-grain finish remaining and some slight dullness, two minute chips to the blade. Maker marked ‘WKC’.  The cross guard and upper pommel are in the aluminium construction. The green leather on the grip is absolutely perfect, matching the green leather of the grip, with all grip wire intact. Fitted with a silver officers' knot.  The scabbard has a satin nickel finish, no damage to any of the fittings, and all the original screws are fitted. Minor loss of plating to parts of the lower scabbard mount.  A very nice example.
