German WWII Kriegsmarine Officers Tropical M.41 Field Cap

A rare officers version of the M.41 tropical field cap, featuring silver piping around the lower sides. Fitted with standard Kriegsmarine gold-on-tan insignia; the gold weave, while slightly less bright than typical officer insignia, is brighter than the standard Bevo weave for enlisted caps. The cockade is a standard enlisted mans type. Twin air vents, Kriegsmarine green lining, stamped size ‘58’ with full RB number and date ‘1943’ in white ink.
