German WWII Kriegsmarine Officer’s Display Piece

An exceptionally nice WKC example featuring the standard dolphin and naval scene etchings, which remain bright and well defined. The point is excellent and complete with its original red felt washer.

The cross guard and upper pommel retain all of their gilt finish. The white celluloid grip is undamaged with all original grip wire intact, accompanied by its bullion portapee knot, showing some minor fraying. The scabbard matches the quality and finish of the dagger’s fittings and has a single minor dent approximately 4cm from the base.
