German WWII Kriegsmarine Junior Officer’s Visor Cap

An exceptional example of a junior officer’s Kriegsmarine visor cap, sized approximately 56–57, with minimal wear. The cap retains its classic Navy shape with no moth damage, a fixed blue top, and a removable mohair center band in superb condition.

Fitted with a matched set of Celluloid national eagle and cockade, the latter featuring a metallic center. The peak trim is executed in fine bullion wire, complemented by the standard Naval strap and twin gilded anchor side buttons. The leather sweatband shows only minor signs of use, while the mid-blue rayon lining remains vibrant. The central celluloid lozenge is completely intact, and the orange forehead cushion retains its original shape without any hardening or deterioration. A truly outstanding example that would be difficult to surpass.
