German WWII Kriegsmarine Auxiliary Cruiser Badge

A clean example of the Kriegsmarine Auxiliary Cruiser Badge, produced by FO (Friedrich Orth). This example retains good gilt to the right-hand side of the laurel wreath and to portions of the lower left side, with additional traces visible on the eagle and swastika.

The reverse is flat-backed, with the ‘FO’ maker marking in raised relief beneath the original straight pin, hook, and hinge.

A well-preserved example from a recognised Kriegsmarine badge manufacturer.
