GERMAN WWII KRIEGSMARINE ADMINISTRATIVE SENIOR NCO VISOR CAP

A very nice cap, no size stamped, but on test size 56 or 57 in the standard naval floppy style, high visor front. No moth anywhere on the cap. The NCO must have been at the highest level, as he was allowed to wear the silver officers' cap cords with silver side buttons. Standard silver bullion woven national cockade with white metal national eagle above. The peak of the soft crushable variety with peak edge trim. To the interior, the grey leather sweatband has evidence of minor wear and use, but is good, clean and unbroken. Complete with its inner navy blue rayon lining. The centre celluloid lozenge is missing.
