German WWII Kreisleitung Car Pennant

A very nice condition car pennant with high-quality hand-embroidered detail to the eagle and “KL” lettering, showing no oxidisation to the silver thread. The brown and white political backing retains good colour, with some minor age foxing, a few small snags, and two tiny moth nips. Finished with a red banded edge, the pennant remains in its original steel and aluminium carrying frame, complete with the two attachments for fitting to a vehicle pole.
