German WWII K98 Mismatched Display Piece

A very nice condition mismatch numbered K98 display piece, complete with scabbard. The main section is in good order with minor black spotting, showing no evidence of sharpening or abuse. Marked ‘WKC’ and numbered ‘5627’, it remains fitted in its original scabbard, retaining all original blueing and undamaged. The piece comes with its complete maker-coded ‘43’ dated cavalry-type frog, including the hilt retaining strap, making it a particularly attractive example for collectors.
