German WWII Justice (Penal) Administration Official’s Buckle

An outstanding quality example of the rarely encountered Penal Official’s buckle, finished in gilt as opposed to the standard silver for Justice Officials. Complete with all original fittings and maker marked ‘ST & L’ on the hook. The condition is exceptional and would be difficult to improve upon.
