GERMAN WWII ISSUE PULLOVER

A good clean example of the issue: V-neck army/SS pullover. Some minor damage to the chest area, green edge to the V neck and to the lower cuffs. Remains of a label, which appears to read ‘3 ’, designating size 3. The elasticated woven lower hem and cuffs still have good elasticity. Recently purchased from probably the best combat uniform and equipment collection in the United Kingdom, comprising Army tropical, Waffen SS, Luftwaffe paratrooper and many other items of the same genre. The collection was begun by the then 15-year-old boy who used to visit our own shop in London in the very early 1980’s and has built this collection up over 40 years, culminating in the writing of excellent books on these subjects.
