GERMAN WWII INSTRUCTIONAL ALBUM ON TRAINING FOR CLOSE COMBAT FIGHTING

A highly interesting album encased in standard tan card, produced by Oberleutnant Potschat of Infantry Replacement Battalion 6. A4 size, dated ‘1st September 1942’. 66 original good close-up photographs showing the correct method of carrying the K98 rifle, also stick grenades during attack, throwing of the grenades, assault group training, and numerous hand-drawn diagrams of methods to attack in any position. Buildings and fortifications, as well as explanatory notes. Interestingly, the troops involved in the photographs are all Luftwaffe ground troops.
