German WWII Hitler Youth Display Piece

A very clean example, complete with the ‘Blood & Honour’ inscription. The sharpened edge shows light sharpening and some minor scratches slightly touching the inscription, but the profile remains excellent. Retains its original leather washer.

The nickel plating to the cross guard and upper pommel is bright and intact. The composite serrated grips are undamaged, with the Hitler Youth enamel inset fully intact. Housed in its original scabbard, which retains the majority of its paint finish, with some age lines visible from the steel beneath and slight thinness to the paint on the front.

Complete with its brown leather belt frog, marked ‘LS’ on the reverse, with a fully functioning male/female pop stud closure for retaining the hilt. Maker marked on the reverse ‘Carl Wusthof, Solingen Gladiatorwerk’.
