German WWII Hitler Youth Display Piece

An excellent example by F.W. Backhaus of Solingen, featuring a fully complete “Blood & Honour” inscription and its original leather washer intact. The upper pommel area shows light thinning to the plating, with a few small indentation marks on the reverse where it has seen minor field use. The composition grips remain undamaged, and the red, white, and black enamel Hitler Youth diamond is in fine condition.

The original scabbard retains the majority of its paint finish, showing only light wear to the lower face side. Complete with a strong brown leather belt loop and a fully functional closure strap.
