Measuring 18 cm x 11 cm, punch holed for filing, a printed card thanking the recipient for all they have done during the course of the year with the facsimile signature of Herman Goering dated Berlin in January 1942, to the upper right hand side of the card is the impressed from the reverse side Reich eagle with the Herman Goering cross marshals batons,, a small red smudge to the right-hand side of card.
