GERMAN WWII BROWN LEATHER GRENADE LAUNCHER POUCH

Normally encountered in black leather, this is the very rare brown leather version. Much white stitching showing, some overall staining, no distortion or weakness to the leather. Complete with its short carrying strap and its belt loop at the reverse side. Recently purchased from probably the best combat uniform and equipment collection in the United Kingdom, comprising Army tropical, Waffen SS, Luftwaffe paratrooper and many other items of the same genre. The collection was begun by the then 15-year-old boy who used to visit our own shop in London in the very early 1980’s and has built this collection up over 40 years, culminating in the writing of excellent books on these subjects.
